AVC Launches Huddle Hour Mentorship Program

March 21, 2014

The Arkansas Venture Center has launched its Huddle Hour program.

Based on a similar mentorship program at the Nashville EC, Huddle Hour is a "new idea screening process in which mentors will schedule time to sit down with anyone who has an idea and help to 'score' where their idea is and what their next steps should be," according to AVC founder Mike Steely.

AVC focuses on startup acceleration, technical training and corporateb innovation, and aims to be the front door for entrepreneurship in central Arkansas.

Huddle Hour sessions are free and will take place each Thursday from 3-7 p.m. in the AVC's temporary home at the Little Rock Regional Chamber of Commerce.
